Fees & Insurance

Fees

Out-of-pocket cost is $125 per 50 minute session.  Payment is due at the time of session.  

Insurance

I am in network with the following insurances:

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare

  • Oxford

  • Cigna

  • Oscar Health

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (NY only)

If you have a different insurance that accepts out-of-network providers, I am happy to provide you with a form which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

*Please note that I am not responsible for any non-reimbursement from your insurance. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider with any concerns.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
